Beckley’s annual Kids Classic Festival celebrates youth with affordable and fun activities, games, contests and entertainment for families to enjoy together. Various events throughout the week culminate in a uptown Kids Street Fair and parade on the last Saturday(Sept 7, 2019) 10 am -2 pm, parade at 11 am
