Corn Chowder ~ Classic corn chowder that balances between a rich, creamy and savory flavors. Served with warm soft roll. Paired with our 2014 Pink.
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin ~ Marinated pork tenderloin filled with cheese and fresh herbs. Sliced and served atop sautéed asparagus tips and Blackberry pan sauce. Paired with our Blackberry Wine.
Loaded Red Potato Casserole ~ Red skin potato casserole loaded down with bacon, sour cream, cheese and chives. Comfort food to warm the heart! Paired with our 2018 White Blend.
Double Chocolate Cake w/Dark Chocolate Mousse ~ Absolute chocolate decadence! This double layer chocolate cake is filled with our special dark chocolate mousse, fresh raspberries, and topped with dark chocolate ganache. Paired with our Red Raspberry Wine.
