Have you ever wanted to learn how to make sourdough? Well, we got you covered. Chaela Neil is an expert when it comes to sourdough. We actually serve her sourdough during brunch on Sunday. This class includes a proofing bowl, rustic recipe, heirloom starter, bottle of cider, and dough to take home. Please contact Hawk Knob for your ticket. We have limited spots available.
