Valentines Class: The Art of Making Pasta with Joy Marr

Invite your special someone to dinner in Tuscany—no passport required! Make new friends while cooking together as the class prepares an assortment of favorites from the Old Country.
Learn to use a pasta rolling machine and create fresh fettuccine and soft cheese-filled ravioli pouches from scratch. Then continue building your meal with a hearty Marinara sauce and a Spinach and Basil pesto. To round out your evening, you’ll add an easy No-Knead Focaccia and a little something chocolate for dessert! Mocktails will be provided.

Valentine’s class session will run approximately 3 hours. Classes are hands-on, allowing you to explore and expand your cooking skills.
Cost includes all ingredients for cooking, all equipment, aprons, instruction, and take-home recipes.
