Join us for the Appalachian Maker’s Market on August 26th and 27th at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center.

Formerly known as the Appalachian Arts & Craft Fair, our market is a fun shopping experience that celebrates skilled Appalachian artists and makers pursuing their lifelong passion. From handmade soaps to hand-fused fine silver jewelry, you’ll find many exclusive gifts and beautifully crafted items for you and your home. We’ll also have other shoppers’ favorites like Beaver Boutique, Mary Kay cosmetics, and Only Organics.

The market will also feature delicious eats like Bandit BBQ, Twisted Sister Tacos, Gils Beef Pit, Sugar Attack Cookie Company, Mountain Concessions Kettle Corn, Serendipity Italian Ice plus many local jams, jellies, maple syrups, honey, salsa, and local farmer’s market.

Family-friendly activities include cloggers, line dancing, balloon art, coffee & canvas painting, veggie stacking, and hot pepper eating contests. Harmony Wood Arts and others will be demonstrating their craft, as well.

Musicians include Lost Cannon playing Friday afternoon from 2 pm-3 pm and Shane Ingram & Friends playing Friday afternoon from 4 pm-5 pm. On Saturday, Buddy Allen and The Cheat River Band will play from 1:30-5:30 pm.

Hours for the market are Friday, Aug 26th, 10 am-6 pm and Saturday, Aug 27th, 10 am-6 pm. We look forward to seeing you at the Appalachian Makers Market!
