Bang Bang Shrimp –
Hand breaded and fried shrimp tossed in sauce. Slightly sweet, spicy and delicious. Paired with our Twin Oaks White.
Oven Roasted Chicken Roll with Couscous –
Chicken breast filled with tangy goat cheese, herbs, spinach and slow roasted. Served with sun-dried tomato Parmesan cream sauce and garlic couscous. Paired with our 2018 White Blend.
Tomato Bisque –
Perfect combination between tomatoes, herbs and cream. Served hot with toasted baguette. Paired with our 2016 Norton.
Angel Food Cake with Macerated Fruit –
Our from scratch Angel food cake provides a d’vine balance
between macerated fruit and rich whipped cream.
Paired with our Double Berry Sangria.
