Long Point
Location - take Rt 16 S into Fayetteville, then turn left onto Gateway Rd (follow signs for Kaymoor and Cunard), go1.9 miles, turn onto Newton Rd. Parking is on the left. Difficulty - moderate. most of the 1.6 mile trail is a relaxed walk through the forest. The trail then descends quickly through rhododendron and mountain laurel to Long Point.
