Valentine’s Day Dinner

The French Goat welcomes all Valentine’s with the regular menu plus a special dinner experience created by Chef Gustard:
Oyster Stew – Old bay gougeres, parsley
Pairing: Montand Brut Rose, Cotes Du Jara, France, NV
Veal Tournedos – Medallions of veal, smoked tomato & crab, buttered fingerling & fennel fricassee, sauce cardinal
Pairing: Sean Minor, Pinot Noir 2015, Sonoma Coast, CA
Delphine’s Chocolate Belgium Cake – fresh berries, sabayon
Paired: Chateau Gravas, Sauterns 2014, France
