Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine & Youth Museum celebrating WV Day
June 20, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Traditional music will be provided by John Wyatt, The Appalachian on the Rahall Company Store porch from 11:00 1:00 and Bopping Heads Entertainment will be there with their mini golf course from 11:00 3:00. Carol Dameron will have a booth selling her special WV coal jewelry. There will also be three West Virginia authors on hand to talk about and sign their books: Oakley Dean Baldwin author of Loras Stories, Devils Ground and Bloody Mingo, Judith Hoover author of Beyond Monongah – an Appalachian Story, and Mickey Graham author of The Last of the Poor Boys.
AND because its a birthday celebration we will serve cake and offer a special festival admission for tours of $10 per person all day long.
