The largest Mud Run in WV! Chix is in the name, but we won’t exclude the guys that respect our Grit – those guys are man enough to run with Gritty Chix! It’s all about excitement, laughter and camaraderie so we encourage lending a helping hand to all Gritty Chix throughout the course. Open to ages 10 and up; under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Have fun and test your own limits in the time and space you’re comfortable with, while gettin’ as Gritty as you wanna be on an un-timed Tenacious 5k Trail or 1 Moxie Mile fun-run and mud obstacle course designed for excitement, fun, and laughter. Walk, sprint, skip, jog, or dance through trails, over walls, through tubes, and mud pits with names like Commando Crawl, Over-Under Logs, Slickey Slide, and more!
Wear anything you feel comfortable in. Anything. A bikini, a costume, overalls, a prom dress, whatever. But it will get dirty!
Free stuff: campsite, live music, parking, showers, and goodie bags.
