Daniel Vineyard will be hosting the next Food & Wine Pairing Event here at the vineyard on Saturday, January 29th! Time slots available are 2pm, 4pm, & 6pm. As always, paid reservations ONLY.
The menu will consist of the following:
• Twice Baked Redskin Potatoes (Paired w/ 2020 Riesling)
• Broccoli Cheddar Soup (Paired w/ White Wine Spritzer)
• Stuffed Pork Tenderloin & Roasted Veggie Couscous w/ Blackberry Reduction (Paired w/ Blackberry Wine)
• Salted Caramel Bread Pudding (Paired w/ Sweet R&B)
