Fishing Derby-Little Beaver State Park

Discover the joys of fishing and develop an appreciation of WV streams, rivers and wildlife at this annual event. The theme as always is “Get Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs”. Parents are urged to attend this event with their children and make it a family outing. We welcome kids 14. Bring basic fishing gear. Lunch and a limited supply of bait will be provided. Registration is from 8:30am to 10:30am and kids must be registered to be eligible for prizes. There will also be archery and hayrides activities.
Children may fish anytime after registering. Prizes will be given out after the derby while supplies last. For more information call Bob Knight at 256-6947.
