Sounds of Appalachia

This free interpretive event invites national park visitors and the local community to explore Appalachian history and culture through ranger-led talks, living history presentations, and live performances from local musicians.

In recognition of the 250th anniversary of the nation’s founding, this year’s event will highlight the significance of this region and its contributions to America’s history.
