Cellar to Table Dinner Series - February 22, 2026

Join Chef Matt Welsch, the Executive Chef for West Virginia State Parks as well as the highly talented culinary teams of our beautiful state parks while they curate unforgettable and unique dinners by integrating locally sourced items found in Appalachian pantries, into culinary masterpieces.

Hawks Nest State Park will host this Cellar to Table dinner event in the Overlook Restaurant at Hawks Nest Lodge. Overlooking the New River Gorge, the view will be as spectacular as the menu. The price is $60 per person including tax and gratuities. Tickets are limited, and reservations are required.
