Friday 5/24:
5-7p.m. Meet & Greet @ Richwood Moose Lodge
Spaghetti Dinner will be available for an additional charge(These proceeds will go towards the Moose Christmas Party for Local Kids)
7p.m. Head into Camp Splinter for the evening.
There is plenty of room for Rig & Tent Camping at Camp Splinter. Furthermore, there is room for about 10 people inside the Main Lodge, however we would like to reserve these for special needs situations.
Saturday 5/25:
9a.m. Breakfast and Registration
We will have 3 Route Options with different degrees of difficulty (Green, Blue, and Red).
Rides will leave out, starting at 11a.m.
All 3 Routes will have a guide to make sure everyone gets back to camp safely and in a timely manner for the evening events.
6p.m. Dinner, Drinks, Music, & Charity Auction
The Charity Auction will be high end items, so bring your Checkbook!
After all of that we can sit around the campfire & tell stories of the days ride or head off to bed.
Sunday 5/26:
8a.m. Wake up and break down camp
9-10a.m. Breakfast and farewells till next year
12p.m. Last Vehicle out of camp
Registration Fees will be as follows $100 per vehicle $30 per passenger
Each vehicle gets 1 event T Shirt (We will have more available for sale)
Everything listed above is included in your registration fee, aside from the Friday Dinner at the Moose Lodge.
We are limited to 100 Vehicles so plan ahead.
