Third Annual! 91 Miles – 3 Hours and 24 Minutes. This ride is in conjunction with the Welch, WV Autumn Festival in the downtown area. The “Head of the Dragon: completes the “Body of the Dragon” motorcycle run series. Registration begins at 9am, ride at 11am. Arts & Crafts festival and Best Hotdog in WV Festival held in conjunction with this event.
