Whether traveling solo or with your Besties, you will team up with others to craft a mix of sauces, master the sizzle of your own Chili Crisp and Spatchcock a chicken rubbed with tantalizing spices from from afar.
Joy will go over the recipes and then it’s hands on as YOU chop, dice and stir your way forward, nibbling as you go. From simple Curries and Satay sauces to a sweet ending of spicy chocolate bites, every recipe is a chance to practice something new.
Come hungry and take home new skills, recipes and memories. BYOB allowed. Participants: Minimum 5. Maximum 8.
No cooking experience needed! Some folks will get into everything, some not at all, everyone is welcome.
