Winterplace Ski Resort – 2020 Opening Day Coming Soon!

With the temperatures dropping and flurries in the air, it can only mean one thing — Winterplace Ski Resort is opening soon!

The latest cold snap has allowed Winterplace to fire up its snow guns and the resort is working to prepare its 27 slopes, tubing park, terrain park and kids area.

The most accessible ski resort in the Southeast, Winterplace is located just off I-77 between Beckley and Bluefield. Winterplace will open for the season on Saturday, December 12.
