Watch Pirates of the Caribbean on the big screen while you float around our lake in your very own inner tube. Movies at the waterpark are a perfect way to wrap up your summer vacation! Tickets are only $20 per person and include an hour of waterpark fun before the movie starts. Dinner and snacks are available at The Lost Paddle adjacent to the waterpark.

They can be seen almost everywhere. Come learn about butterflies while doing a small craft! \n6:30 pm — Pollinators (YPP)\nHeld at the Campfire Circle\nPollinators are important to life on earth. Enjoy this presentation about these creatures along with a game after the presentation. All ages welcomed. \nFriday\, August 19\, 2022\n3:30 pm — Leaf Me Be (YPP)\nMeet in the Nature Center Yard\nThere is plenty of stuff out in the woods that people should be aware of – some good and some to approach with caution. \n6:30 pm — Scales\, Tails\, and Shells\nHeld at the Old Lodge Lobby at Twin Falls Lodge\nSnakes\, Lizards\, and Turtles are found throughout our state. This is a neat evening presentation of scales\, tails\, and shells. \nYPP stands for ‘young people for parks’. It is the small brown building tucked away on the left\, just a short distance past the ball field road.

DESCRIPTION:Mark Your Calendar for the 4th AnnuanlBeckley Honey Festival\n\n\nThe Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine\, Youth Museum of Southern WV\, and the Raleigh County Beekeepers Cooperative Association have partnered on the annual Beckley Honey Festival in recognition of National Honeybee Day.\n\n\nThe Beckley Honey Festival will take place on the third Saturday in August on an annual basis and will be on August 20\, 2022\, at the Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine in New River Park.\n\n\nThere will be honey testing\, local beekeepers selling honey\, live honey bee demonstrations\, display tents with equipment\, educational presentations\, all-day youth activities\, roasted corn\, and other food vendors! Reduced rates of daily activities at the Exhibition Coal Mine will be available during the festival.
