WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA

Carnegie Hall presents the WVU Symphony Orchestra on Wednesday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. in conjunction with the Link Up Concerts with Greenbrier County 5th Grade Students on Thursday, April 20. Tickets are only $15/for adults and $7/students.
The West Virginia University Symphony Orchestra is one of the Morgantown region’s premiere music ensembles. The award-winning WVU Symphony Orchestra, led by Mitchell Arnold, WVU’s Director of Orchestral Activities, is a principal ensemble of the WVU School of Music at the WVU College of Creative Arts.
WVUSO performs great orchestral music, both well-known and loved by its audiences and those worthy of discovery. Its mission is to educate and serve as an important cultural institution for its community.
The WVUSO travels annually to perform at Carnegie Hall in Lewisburg, WV, and also makes other appearances throughout the state of West Virginia.
