Sesame Ginger Wings ~ Finger lickin’ good! These oven roasted wings are tossed in an orange/sesame & ginger sauce. Paired with our 2017 Twin Oaks White.
Poutine (aka loaded fries) ~ A Canadian favorite done up with a WV twist. These hand cut, deep fried fries are tossed in duck fat and loaded down with gravy, bacon, smoked cheddar & queso fresco cheese with a dipping side of a raspberry, cracked mustard sauce. Paired with our 2018 White Blend.
Brisket Slider ~ Smoked Brisket marinated with our Norton and Port. This slider is topped with our DV house slaw, lettuce, bread & butter pickle and a tangy white BBQ sauce. Paired with our 2016 Norton.
Apple & Raspberry Crisp ~ Granny Smith apples and fresh raspberries baked to perfection with a savory oat crumble and served with vanilla bean ice cream. Paired with our Red Raspberry wine.
