The Art of Making Pasta

Back by popular demand! Enjoy preparing dinner in Tuscany—no passport required. Make new friends while cooking together as the class creates an assortment of favorites from the Old Country.
Learn to use a pasta rolling machine and create fresh fettuccine and soft cheese-filled ravioli pouches from scratch. Then continue building your meal with a hearty Marinara sauce and a Spinach and Basil pesto. To round out your evening, you’ll add an easy No-Knead Focaccia and a little something chocolate for dessert!
