Asian Slaw with Lime-Peanut Dressing – Napa cabbage, red pepper, carrots, scallions, and crushed peanuts tossed in sweet-chili lime vinaigrette

Coconut Lemongrass Soup – Silky broth with mushrooms, shrimp, and kaffir lime leaf
Main Course
Pan-Seared Chicken with Thai Basil Cream – Served over jasmine rice with sautéed bok choy and crispy shallots
