Amuse-Bouche
Goat Cheese Tartlet – Flaky pastry filled with whipped goat cheese, honey drizzle, and thyme

First Course 
Lobster Bisque with Cognac Cream

Second Course 
Frisée & Champagne Pear Salad – Tossed with toasted hazelnuts and Champagne vinaigrette

Main Course 
Filet Mignon with Truffle Demi-Glace – Served with pommes purée and asparagus
Vegetarian Option – Wild Mushroom Risotto – Creamy Arborio rice with forest mushrooms, white wine, and shaved Parmesan

Limited communal seating available — reservations required. Full bar will be available with specialty cocktails and mocktails designed for each event.
