Ring in the New Year with a global celebration! A six-course culinary journey inspired by global flavors featuring Mediterranean, Thailand, Paris, Dublin, Bavaria, Argentina, presented by the Smokey’s culinary team to welcome the new year in style.
Keep the celebration going with the lively band The Kind Thieves and dance party to welcome 2026 in style.
Course 1 – Mediterranean
Amuse-Bouche Whipped Feta Phyllo Bite – Crisp phyllo cup filled with whipped feta, finished with charred lemon and honey drizzle
Course 2 – Thailand
Thai Coconut Lemongrass Soup “Tom Kha Gai”– Silky coconut broth with Chicken, Lemongrass, mushrooms, and kaffir lime leaf
Course 3 – Paris
Frisée & Champagne Pear Salad – Tossed with toasted hazelnuts and Champagne vinaigrette
Course 4 – Dublin
Guinness-Braised Short Rib – Slow-cooked tender beef over colcannon mash with roasted baby carrots and rich stout glaze
Course 5 – Bavaria
Pork Schnitzel – With mushroom-cream sauce, braised cabbage with Root Vegetables, Brown Butter Spaetzle and crispy shallots
Course 6 – Argentina
Dulce de Leche Cheesecake – With espresso whipped cream and chocolate crumble
