Meet in the lobby of McKeever Lodge at Pipestem Resort State Park for a Full Moon hike! The Pink Moon will rise at 7:59 p.m., just as the sun begins to set at 8:00 pm. It will reach its brightest illumination around 8:22 p.m. This walk will follow the paved golf cart path along holes 1-9. Bring a flashlight and dress appropriately for the weather. The hike will be approximately 2.5 miles, or about 1.5 hours long.
In the event of extremely severe weather conditions, this hike may be postponed until another full moon.
