Appalachian Farm Collective in partnership with Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company (GVBC) and Sprouting Farms is set to host a holiday farm-to-table dinner at the Old Victorian Inn in Alderson.
The seasonal three-course dinner will include appetizers and a meet-and-greet with chefs and farmers.
All food will be sourced from local farmers, and each course will be paired with GVBC brews. Dessert will be provided by Appalachian Headwaters and will be paired with local strawberry meade by Old World Libations of Greenville.
