Alpine Ministries Winter Camp - January 30, 2026
As the chill of autumn gives way to winter’s promise, Alpine Ministries is gearing up for another season of transformative experiences at its renowned Bible camps. For over 65 years, since its founding in 1960 as a ministry extension of Appalachian Bible College, Alpine has been a beacon of faith-fueled fun and spiritual growth in the hills of southern West Virginia. Alpine’s Christ-centered programs have touched thousands of lives across generations through camps and outdoor ministry. Whether tubing down snowy slopes or conquering zip lines under the summer sun, campers leave Alpine not just with memories, but with a deeper walk with Christ.
Kicking off the winter season is Alpine’s 2026 Winter Camp—January 30 to February 1—with boots, Bibles, and buddies as the essentials for snowy fun and encouragement. For an affordable fee that includes cozy lodging and meals, campers enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor activities such as gym sports, climbing walls, games, and snow-based fun like tubing or skiing at nearby Winterplace Ski Resort. Focused on encouragement through worship, engaging speakers, and group devotions, Winter Camp provides a refreshing mid-winter escape to deepen faith in a supportive environment. Aimed at middle and high schoolers (ages 12-18), this weekend getaway includes games, worship sessions and optional tubing, skiing or snowboarding. Registration is open now at alpineministries.com/camps.
